Q: How can I pay for this service?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards online via our secure server. Alternatively you're more than welcome to give us a call.

Q: Can I pay in cash?

A: Yes you can. Please pay our driver in British Sterling (£) at the end of the journey.

Q: What Airports do you cover?

A: We cover the 5 major London Airport which includes London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Luton and London City Airport.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Our management team have been in the passenger logistics and transportation business for over 8 years. We are approved, licenced and regulated by the PCO.

Q: What type of vehicles do you use?

A: We have a range of vehicles ranging from Saloons, Estates, MPV's and MPV+ vehicles which can cater for upto 8 passengers.

Q: Are you a licenced company?

A: Yes we are licenced by the PCO and abide by the regulations set by the PCO.

Q: Do you operate a fixed price policy?

A: Yes - there are no hidden charges with our service, not even credit card surcharges.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

A: Our prices are per vehicle.

Q: How early do I need to book my taxi?

A: Sometimes its possible we can provide our service at the last minute however you earlier you book the better. We recommend a minimum of atleast 4hrs notice.

Q: Can I book for than 8 passengers?

A: Yes, please call us if you need to book multiple vehicles.

Q: Will you meet us at anytime of the day?

A: Yes - we operate a 24hr service.

What To Do?

If you miss your flight and have any other problems follow the advice below:

Q: What happens if my flight is cancelled?

A: Contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0) 208 991 5971. We will have monitored the flight and as a result would not have dispatched a driver. Your booking will be placed on HOLD for 24hrs in which time you may rebook at no extra cost.

Q: What if I miss my flight?

A: Contact us as soon as posible on +44 (0) 208 991 5971. The flight would have been monitored and as a result we will have despatched a driver. If you fail to inform us and the driver is despatched our terms and conditions will apply upon which you will incur a full "No Show" charge. If however you inform us prior to the despatch of the driver we will place your transfer order on HOLD for 24 hours during which you are able to re-book at no extra charge.

Q: What happens if my flight is diverted to another airport?

A: Contact us as soon as posible on +44 (0) 208 991 5971. We will not despatch the driver to the other airport until you or the passenger have authorised us to do so as additional mileage charges may be levied.
